GLF Schools

GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

The School Day

Reception and Year 1  -  8.45am until 3.10pm

Year 2, 3, 4 5 & 6  - 8.45am until 3.15pm

These timings include breaks but not optional before or after school activities. The total time this amounts to in a typical week is 32.5 hours.

Our school gates are open 8.40am until 8.45am. Children arriving after 8.45am will be marked as late.

Please note that we do not have any parent parking facilities and the school is located in a narrow street with no through way.

We kindly ask all parents to park away from the school and walk. This enables all pupils to arrive at school safely
