GLF Schools

GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

We are really fortunate to share the same leadership team across our sister schools in Didcot of Aureus Primary School and Manor Primary School. This means that we are able to employ and attract experienced and highly skilled leaders to the team. Our schools benefit strongly in working closely together where teachers and learning assistants train together and share good practice together on a regular basis.

Aureus Primary School opened in 2018 and is a growing school to support a growing community and was rated Outstanding by Ofsted in 2022. Since the summer of 2024, both Manor Primary School and Aureus Primary are led by Headteacher, Mrs Nicola Roberts.
