GLF Schools

GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

We are really fortunate to be part GLF Schools, the same multi-academy trust with our sister school - Aureus Primary School that opened in 2018 to support a growing community.

Our ultimate aim is for each GLF school to provide children and young people with an excellent, enjoyable and fulfilling education. Highly-qualified, well-trained teachers will apply GLF Schools’ approach to learning and teaching to enable our children to flourish.

By working in close partnership, sharing experience and resources and receiving strong support from Trust leadership, both schools are able to deliver a well-sequenced GLF curriculum and provide an excellent standard of education for our children in nurturing, kind and friendly environment.
